Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping is free on all orders.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. In-stock orders placed by 12:00 PM on business days are handed to the carrier the same day; orders placed later are handed to the carrier on the next business day.

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Public holidays, promotional periods, weather conditions and carrier volume may affect delivery times.

Tracking information will be sent when your order is dispatched. To help ensure successful delivery, make sure the address and contact information supplied with your order are accurate and complete.
